Review Services
A payment to True Voice Review purchases the review service and any specifically listed deliverables. Payment does not purchase a favorable opinion, a particular rating, guaranteed publication outcome, guaranteed publicity, or guaranteed book sales.
Editorial Independence
TVR ratings and review conclusions are editorial judgments. Authors and publishers may provide factual corrections, but payment does not entitle a customer to require a rating increase, removal of legitimate criticism, or conversion of a review into promotional copy that no longer reflects the reviewer's judgment.
Information and Materials You Submit
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having the right to provide any manuscript, cover image, author image, book description, website link, purchase link, or other submitted material. By submitting materials for a review or purchased promotional deliverable, you authorize TVR to use those materials as reasonably necessary to perform, publish, display, and promote the requested service.
Use of Review Materials
Authors and publishers may use review excerpts, approved pull quotes, ratings, and promotional graphics supplied by TVR for marketing their reviewed book, provided the material is not altered in a way that misrepresents the review, rating, source, or meaning. TVR retains its rights in original review text, branding, site design, and other original materials except where otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments and Add-ons
Standard package prices and available add-ons are displayed on the review-request and PayPal checkout pages. Optional Rush Service and Video Review selections are currently handled through the package-specific PayPal checkout options. Prices and package contents may change for future orders; the applicable price is the price presented for the order at the time of purchase.
Texas Authors Discount
Where a Texas Authors discount is advertised, eligibility must be verified before payment. Submitting a review request does not by itself establish eligibility for the discount.
Links to Other Websites
TVR may link to author websites, booksellers, PayPal, and other third-party services. TVR is not responsible for the content, availability, security, pricing, or policies of third-party websites.
Availability and Changes
TVR may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue website features, package details, promotional programs, or administrative tools. Reasonable efforts will be made to honor paid services according to the terms applicable when the order was placed.
Limitation of Responsibility
Reviews are opinions and informational content. Individual readers may disagree with a review or rating. TVR does not guarantee commercial results, media placement, sales, rankings, awards, retailer acceptance, or any other third-party outcome arising from a review or promotional asset.
Misuse of the Website
You may not attempt to interfere with the website, access private administrative areas without authorization, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use TVR content in a deceptive or unlawful manner.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website after an updated version is published means the current terms apply to future use.
