Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policies for True Voice Review and its website services.

Last Updated: September 21, 2026

Before Work Begins

If you need to cancel a review request, contact TVR as soon as possible. A cancellation requested before substantive review or production work begins may be eligible for a refund, subject to any non-refundable transaction or processor charges that TVR cannot recover.

After Work Begins

Once substantive review, writing, editing, graphic, video, rush, press-release, or promotional work has begun, some or all of the payment may be non-refundable because professional time and resources have already been committed. TVR may consider a partial refund when appropriate based on the amount of work completed.

Completed Services

Completed review services and delivered promotional materials are generally non-refundable. Disagreement with an editorial opinion, rating, criticism, or audience assessment is not by itself grounds for a refund.

Rush and Video Add-ons

Rush Service and Video Review are optional add-ons selected through PayPal checkout. Once work on an add-on has begun, that add-on may be non-refundable based on the work already performed.

If TVR Cannot Complete the Service

If TVR determines that it cannot complete a paid service, TVR will work with the customer to resolve the order and, when appropriate, refund the unearned portion of the payment.

Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you believe you made a duplicate payment, selected the wrong package, or paid an incorrect amount, contact TVR promptly with the transaction information so the payment can be reviewed.

Payment Processor Timing

Refund timing may depend on PayPal or the customer's financial institution. TVR cannot control how quickly a third-party payment processor or bank posts an approved refund.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund Review

Email TrueVoiceReview@outlook.com with your name, book title, purchase date, package, and the reason for the request. TVR may ask for the PayPal transaction identifier needed to locate the payment.
